ChessAnalyzer is provided free of charge by Qyvera Labs. By using the website you agree to these terms.

Use of the service

You may use the analyzer and the learning content for personal, non-commercial purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt the service or overload it with automated requests.

Accuracy

Analyses, move labels and rating estimates are produced by a chess engine and are provided "as is", without warranty. They are estimates and may contain errors.

Our content

All articles, guides, explanations, diagrams, screenshots, the site design, the logo and the ChessAnalyzer name are © Qyvera Labs, all rights reserved. You may link to any page and quote short excerpts with a link back. Copying, scraping, republishing or framing the content or design on another site is not permitted. Report copies to indexdevinc@gmail.com; we enforce our rights, including through DMCA and hosting-provider takedown requests.

The analysis software is free software under the GNU GPL v3: you may use, study and share it under that licence's terms, which require keeping it open source and preserving copyright notices. The licence does not grant rights to our trademarks, name, logo or written content.

Your content

Games you import stay on your device and remain yours. Games fetched from other sites are subject to those sites' terms.

Software licences

ChessAnalyzer and Stockfish are free software under the GNU GPL v3; the licences of included components are listed on the About page.
